Who Handles Closing Paperwork?
Solutions 360 recommend using a licensed, government appointed Notario/Escrow agent. The Notario and Escrow organise, oversee, and executes the entire closing procedure. This includes deed preparation, client beneficiary bank account for safe-keeping of deposited resale/rental funds, timeshare certificate, closing statements and recording fees for one flat price. Any work done to the title is reviewed by an attorney and guaranteed to be precise. Solutions 360 is partnered with multiple international title/closing companies and would be happy to provide a referral when the negotiated price is ready for sale.
If I still have a balance on my unit, can I still sell ?
YES! Just like any other luxury item, it can be sold with a balance still left to pay.
How Long Is The Closing Process For A Timeshare?
